I just had mine setup at jump.net. Even though I have a /29 subnet, they
(SWBell) told me to use a netmask of 255.255.255.0 and a gateway of x.x.x.1, so
I'd try setting your gateway to 216.30.60.1, which you will see from nslookup
is called interface-static-06.redback.jump.net.  I'm on interface-static-09, so
it looks like the same setup.
