Backing up leennux server to CDR

Anybody got some pointers on how to go about backing up a
linux server to a CDR?

I've got everything configged the way it needs to be and I'd
like to create a basic copy of the system.

Also, if you know of any resources out there on this
subject, please point me in the right direction.
