wow, i'm surprised that's still useful...i'm pretty sure that needs an
update...(not that i don't still use it at home, but i think there are
easier ways to do stuff now).  but i'm glad to have been of service.

anyone know what happened to the fellow who used to be slack@cs?  his
web page on how to do it the redhat way was way cool but his cs account
expired and we didn't have a local copy of his page...

also, will someone in the dorms review the dorm-ethernet-linux page and
submit a diff updating to current status?  specifically how to work things
with deb 2.1/rh6...
