I bought Quake2 for linux at CompUSA the other day
and I am now having a problem getting it to work. When i try to run
"./quake2 +set vid_ref gl +set gl_driver lib3dfxgl.so", i get errors.
here's exactly what i get:
gd error (glide): Can't find or access Banshee/V3 board gd error (glide): grSstSelect: non-existent SSTInt 0x10 is not in rom (0000:0000) Int 0x10 is not in rom (0000:0000) Can't get mode info (vm86 failure) anyone have any ideas? I have a 3dfx Voodoo3
3000 video card and I'm pretty sure I installed the 3dfx drivers I need.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
