Linux Journal has been around for quite some time and then Linux
Magazine came out a few months back. Now, I notice on the newstand a
third linux magazine. I forget the name, but I'm sure someone out
there has seen it. It came with a linux CD and thus was wrapped up.
Because of the plastic I couldn't examine the contents to see if it
was worth getting. I'm sure someone here has seen it. Is it worth
reading?
BTW - if you haven't started reading Linux Magazine, I highly recommend
it. I have found Linux Journal increasingly less interesting over the
years. I doubt I will renew my subscription this time around. I've
found the articles to be better in Linux Magazines, particularly the
interviews. It's shorter than Linux Journal, but I look forward to it
much more.
Oh - as another aside. I was at the Alamo Drafthouse and saw that
they are doing a run of Wargames. It'll be showing the first weekend
of november, in the midnight movie slot on the 4th-6th and then
matinees over the weekend.
