I had this same trouble when I upgraded to rh6.
Here are a few possibilities of fixing this :
add westserver into your /etc/hosts
add the fully qualified domain name to the exports file
use the IP address instead of the DNS name for the host
Etc. I think in general, it just wants you to be more specific.
You might also try specifying a permission access level ...
/MP3s westserver.blah.com(rw,no_root_squash)
