Hi!
I don't have much answers to your questions (since I'm so new to
everything and most things you talk about are way over my head) but I was
hoping someone could give me their helping hand with something. I want to
clean out my hard drive you know start my stuff from scratch so I can
understand how everything works- better. How in the world would I do
that? I mean I know some basic commands in DOS, Unix, and all but I don't
want to mess everything up and be left with nothing.... DO you go into
DOS and give some commands like delete Windows and install Windows...or??
Also after I clean it all out, I think it would be a good time to start
with Linux..? DO I get the Linux stuff off the net? If so, are there
also tutorials that will help get me started? Also being a beginner is it
too crazy and early for me to mix into the Linux world?? (I know I'm on
the mailing list -I hoped to learn something from you guys and
girls.. so here I am... )Help!
I would appreciate your comments.. Have a great day,
