i steer clear of rpms as much as possible, and don't use
redhat, but it should be fairly simple. if rpm barks about
a dependancy just go grab that rpm. it might be that
it'd be easier to just upgrade the whole distribution if you
need a ton of other rpms to do the job.
if you want us to tell you _exactly_ what you need to install
we are going to have to see _exactly_ what errors you are
getting. i'm attempting to read your mind but you are
not letting me, why won't you let me in?!?
