Take a look at x.com. They are about to start online bill payment
and they are planning to offer it for free, just like all their other
online banking services.
I think they will have a good service. I've been very pleased with
them so far. I've used them for a handful of things I sold on ebay as
well as a number of other misc transactions and am very happy with the
results. Based on that, I think their bill payment options will be
worth waiting for...
