off topic totally but i need some help here

This fool friend of mine recently discoverd the wonder of icmp floods using linux.. and keeps flooding my ass when im on irc and shit like that. im using win98 rite now (save your "BOO's!" plz) and was wondering if anyone knew of a good nuke and flood protection proggie that i could run in the background.     Thanks.
