I saw this after our recent thread on winXX based SSH clients.  Most
of the programs mentioned were version 1 of ssh, which is mostly
supported, but now SSH Communications Security (the private corp that
created SSH2) has agreed to provide free versions of the win client to
universities.  Check out the announcement from SANS Institue at

Right now it's beta, but the file transfer function is very cool.
Once you've ssh'ed in, you just click a button to open up a GUI of
your remote files.
