Good web interface, but I can't vouch for them personally.
~$100 even with shipping for a K6-3 400 at www.atacom.com. You will need
to call them at 1-877-428-2266 and say you are quoting a Price Watch
listing of $89. My roomate ordered his CPU from these guys and didn't
have any trouble.
If you want to find more listings from wholesalers you can go to
www.pricewatch.com or www.shopper.com. Be carefull on pricewatch, there
are some sleasy shops out there. Any more than about $12 for shipping,
handling, and insurance is BS for either of those CPUs. Also, most shops
will try to sell you an extended warranty. I think that as long as you
test the CPU extensively when you get it, you'll be fine and the extra
warranties they offer are just a waste of money.
