anybody know anything about cais internet access? this apartment complex
i'm looking at has what a representative from the complex calls "wireless T1
to your ether card" access. she claims you can get between 128K and 1.5M
via a wireless connection. (but what about upstream?) is this similar to
microwave or other line of sight connections? how about shared bandwidth
and neighbors snooping like with cable modem? also, what about running a
server via a static IP?
