OK, I installed qmail and am so far very pleased with
it. However, when I send a message in elm and just
give my username as the To: field, elm tacks on
my hostname and .UUCP. So it hands qmail a message
addressed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] This of course bounces.
I think the problem has to do with the qmail-provided
sendmail replacement binary. THis never happened with
sendmail, and I recall somewhere in the back of my mind
seeing something about UUCP as the default domain in the
qmail docs. But now when I grep for UUCP in the /var/qmail
directory, I can't find anything related to my problem.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I searched online
too, but had no success. Maybe I'm not looking for the right
thing?

Any help is appreciated,
Dave
