The stanza `env - /bin/sh` should launch a shell with no environment, right? It works on FreeBSD, AIX, Solaris, and OSF but not on Linux. It happens with /bin/sh and /bin/csh. I traced the program and nothing is getting sourced. How can I get a truly clean enivronment under Linux?
