        And without A/UX, the job of [Net,Open]BSD and Linux would be
a lot harder. Apples are really fubar'ed machines internally. Anybody know
if A/UX could even boot without using MacOS?

        ... except, of course, for the card/device/thingamajig that you
need when you actually go there *to buy* it. ;)
