Hi, I'm having some trouble getting pppoe to work with my dsl connection. I have modified the pap-secrets file with a line like this: [EMAIL PROTECTED] swbell.net passwd The dsl-provider file looks something like this: pty "pppoe -I eth0 -T 80" (some options) user me So, with this configuration, I try pppd call dsl-provider With no luck. I've been trying to figure out the man page for pppd, but it doesn't seem to make an adequate distinction between incoming and outgoing connections.
