Keyboard Repeat Rate on KDE 2.1.1

I'm running KDE v2.1.1 on a SunOS v5.7, and I'm having problems trying to
set the Keyboard Repeat Rate.  Does anyone know how to configure this?
Its not in the KDE Control Center under Keyboard.  Is there a command line
option I can use?
