My almost 2-yr old grand-daughter discovered that she could reach and manipulate the mouse on my computer desk. Alas, I had a KDE session open and unattended, (no comments on that stupidity, please). I've managed to repair/restore everything except the clock that normally displays at the right end of the taskbar (panel??). I've tried the Rt-click on blank area -> Add -> Applet At that point the clock applet option is "grayed out" and not selectable. The clock displays normally under other user ID's, so I'm sure this is just a config error of some kind, but I'll be danged if I can figure out _where_ to find it.
