An MX record is easy to set up. It is very similar to the NS record
for a domain. If someone else does your DNS you should be able to
request an MX record for any domain or machine.

If you run your own DNS server you may want to look at
http://www.linuxrox.com/software/dns/ for an example, or even better
look in your servers docs.
