I have an apartment at 30th/red river that I'm planning to renew, but
need a new roommate. The lease would be August 2003-Aug 2004, but you
could move in as early as May 2003. My current roommate is moving out
at the beginning of may and wants to sublease for may-august.
here's the specs:
1 ee student who's hardly ever home, cooks great food when home
2 bedrooms
1 bathroom
1 extra sink/mirror
washer/dryer
kitchen w/ refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher
decent size eating area & living room
quiet complex (only 6 units)
parking space
right now I'm paying $450(per person) + utilities. I don't expect them
to raise the rent for next year, but don't have a contract in my hands
yet. I'm open to having no cable, no phone, just a cable modem to save
money if you're interested. Cable modems through a 3rd party get
around TW's surcharge for non-subscribers. (I have a quote of
$41.95/month from Earthlink)
