The new information has been on the rarely updated website for a while. your apt source should now be ftp://joe2.ma.utexas.edu/debian-utm/ debian-pool main contrib non-US. There is also unstable-pool with only main. They no longer have any installation stuff, and I think it is just the math department's build of the debs that they use. The mirror seems incomplete.
