Yes and no. Given the massive number of layoffs, it seems that you'd be able to find automation (ers), testers, and developers with *nix experience. It's just that if you don't have that, they won't interview you. As far as I know there is none. Keep in mind that these are contracts. Ususally contractors are expected to hit the ground running. Also, these aren't typical contracts. Most of the contracting companies available for this position will give you modest vacation time, insurance, etc...
