QT has some of the best online docs availible at http://doc.trolltech.com/3.1/
That page has API documentation as well as articles and white papers describing what QT can do. Your subject line confuses me. Note that QT is a general grahical toolkit, you can use it wo write anything from a window manager like kwin in KDE to a simple GUI application.
