Since the ACM is having a table at Gone to Texas, a few of us should be there to hand out Knoppix CDs and a flyer for the upcoming installfest which will be on Saturday September 13th in ACES 2.402. If any of ya'll could, it would be much appreciated if you would bring some Knoppix CDs to the ACM office(Basement of Taylor hall) tomorrow or Tuesday. If nobody is there and it is between 1pm and 5pm, you can email me, and I'll rush over and get them from you.
I have the most recent Knoppix mirrored on the ACM server. You can download it from http://siglinux.utacm.org/~jstrunk/KNOPPIX_V3.2-2003-07-26-EN.iso or ftp://raven.cslab.vt.edu/pub/linux/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V3.2-2003-07-26-EN.iso Gone to Texas is at 6:00pm on Tuesday. I don't know the ACM's table location yet, but I will tell you if I find out. Thank you! -- Have a nice day, Jeff Strunk sigfree.utacm.org siglinux.utacm.org -- Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself. Mankind. Basically, it's made up of two separate words---"mank" and "ind". What do these words mean? It's a mystery, and that's why so is mankind.
