The handheld keyboard i have seen are special types.
the reason for this is that handhelds run on very little power
and most usb/ps2 keyboards are powerhogs (in handheld terms
at least).

Therefore, i doubt they exist.

one of those fancy sony vaio laptops seems to be the closest
things to what you describe. (of course they come iwth a 2xxx or 3xxx
pricetag)
