We know about the dumps and might add some more DMMs over time, but it's preferrable to see if people (like you :) report new DMMs after also actually testing them. As for the VC-820/UT60A and VC-840/UT60E we cannot be entirely sure they're actually the same PCB. It is indeed very likely to be the FS9721 chip in all of them, but from the PCB photos we have seen so far the VC-820/VC-840 are specifically made for Voltcraft since they have some silkscreen markings suggesting that, e.g. http://sigrok.org/wiki/File:Voltcraft_vc820_pcb_front_with_lcd.jpg It would be interesting to see PCB photos of the UT60A/E, so if you want to open your device and upload some photos in the wiki please let us know and we'll create a wiki user for you (tell us which username you'd like).
