Jarre, can you resubmit the patch with that fixed?

Also, for proper support of that device we need to know which of the two 
discovered devices is analog, and which digital, without blindly 
counting on the order in which the OS reports them. The only way to do 
that properly is via walking the USB device tree. Would you feel like 
taking that on?
