Hi AntiCat, This is a known issue. There have been some changes to libsigrok's file API, and the temporary workabout in PulseView introduces this bug.
I've added a bug to track the issue: http://sigrok.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=407 You can either try winding back to before the commit IDs mentioned, or better still you can try and investigate the cause of the issue, and maybe patch it. The community mostly lurks on IRC, so if you want you can drop by and discuss it. If not, I'm somewhat busy this week, but I can look at it thereafter.
