Can you try the current .apk file from here please? Since today this now built using a newer Boost library, newer SDK + NDK than before and on a 64bit host (was a 32bit host before). http://sigrok.org/jenkins/job/sigrok-cross-android/default/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/PulseView-NIGHTLY.apk I've successfully tested that this .apk can be installed and starts fine on a random Android 4 tablet.
