That's a Mac OS X specific issue that we haven't got a solution for yet, I'm afraid (I can reproduce this with another UNI-T DMM on Mac OS X, btw). I filed a bug: http://sigrok.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=555 Basically we'll either need some Mac OS X specific HID code in libsigrok and/or use HIDAPI, I think. The issue may also affect certain non-HID device (USB CDC) as far as I've read (untested though); if that's the case I'm not sure how to handle those cases really. In the mean time I guess the only workaround for Mac OS X is to use the RS232-based cable for UNI-T DMMs (instead of the USB HID based ones).
