Currently the 'gnuplot' output module only supports logic channels,
there's no support for analog channels yet (but that should be added).

For now, testing is probably best done with '-O analog' IMHO until the driver
works for your device (whether VXI or TCP or USB), then using PulseView
is probably nicer. You might also try '-O csv' maybe, I think that one
got analog support as well a while back and it might be a good format
for further processing by other tools or visualization software anyway.
