The patches from this branch introduce support for revision B of the
ACME cape. Our new probes are equipped with at24cs02 EEPROM chips
which allow us to set the shunt resistance automatically on probe
detection.
Additionally some i2c addresses and GPIOs have changed and the patches
reflect that.
