libsigrok currently supports ScanaPLUS (I just tested the latest installer on Win 7, seems to work fine). ScanaPLUS v2 seems to be different hardware and/or protocol, at least to some extent, and we don't have access to the hardware. I.e., it's probably not supported by the current driver, yet. Can you attach the sigrok-cli output of the following runs?
