Yes, but you stumbled upon an unfixed (relatively new) bug indeed. I
just reported it here (for track-keeping purposes):

We'll have a workaround soonish, and later on a hopefully more permanent
solution.

This issue is not Windows-specific, it's happening on all OSes.


In general, if you can, I suggest using the standard sigrok *.sr session
file format where possible, that has various advantages over most of the
input/output modules for other formats (CSV, VCD, WAV, whatever).
