Merged with a bunch of changes, thanks a lot! The whitespace and some coding-style things were a bit off, I've corrected those for the merge (e.g. one tab for indents etc.). Also found 2 segfault cases that I fixed. The gnuplot module is indeed obsolete now with these changes, so that's dropped as well, together with the sample files. The "Xsigrok" option is gone for now, that shouldn't really be needed. The csv input module should ideally be able to automatically load anyhing the csv output module produces, worst-case with the proper settings for delimiters etc. If that's not the case, input/csv might need some fixing, I guess.
