I whipped up a protocol decoder for PDI, Atmel's proprietary
protocol to flash and debug Xmega chips over two wires. There
are dumps for chip identification as well as flash memory write
and read operations. See

Let me tell you how pleasant an experience it was to write that
decoder, and to see how the annotations nicely "fall into place"
in the GUI. Getting variable amounts of detail in different zoom
levels is a great feature. And how useful the textual and binary
output of the CLI are (the -B and -A options) -- very nice!
