The last libsigrok release has been quite a while ago already, so I'm not surprised. I know it may appear a bit daunting for non-developers but please remove the sigrok packages you installed and try to build libsigrok, libsigrokdecode, sigrok-cli and PulseView from git, as described on the wiki.
