The 16ch patch is merged with a few add-on fixes for analog channel handling, thanks a lot! Please re-test everything and report back in case there are any issues there. The patch to make the Saleae Logic VID/PID be considered a 16-channel device is not yet in, we'll look into how much work it is to get a proper solution for this in the nearer future; in case that that would take quite a lot of effort we might merge your proposed patch in the mean time as a workaround, we'll see.
