PulseView works fine on Mac, sure. You can manually build from git, or better use the "sigrok-native-macosx" script we have in the sigrok-util repo. This has been tested with Homebrew and will download and build all sigrok components (assuming you have all build requirements installed). There will be a prebuilt DMG/App for Mac OS X as well eventually, but that's still work in progress for now.
