Not sure whether I got what you mean by "encapsulated analog data in digital protocols". Would you have a more specific example perhaps? I'll make a guess here: There is a decoder which interprets I2C input and outputs values that represent the properties of a digital potentiometer. You can get these values as annotations, but you won't see a graph drawn from them. Something similar exists for PWM, where the duty cycle is available as an annotation, so you get the (textual representation of the) values, but not a graph for them. For the time being, you might whip up something where a decoder's output is written to some file that you then plot graphs from by external software, like gnuplot. If you had some specific example or urgent use case, it would be nice to hear. If you'd like to help improve and extend existing decoders, feel free to join (and hang out on IRC where developers communicate a lot more than here on the list). virtually yours Gerhard Sittig -- If you don't understand or are scared by any of the above ask your parents or an adult to help you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ sigrok-devel mailing list sigrok-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sigrok-devel
