Hello Helge, There's a bug report for this, using the exact same versions you use: https://sigrok.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1461
It confirms my suspicion that cmake is the culprit and that updating it will fix this. For this reason I don't consider this a PV bug but a cmake bug.
