>From https://sigrok.org/wiki/Protocol_decoder_HOWTO, the instructions are

"On Windows systems additional decoders are read from
%ProgramData%\libsigrokdecode\decoders."

...and yet, I've created a protocol decoder based on an existing one
and when I create this path and copy my protocol decoder there (in its
own sub-folder) it isn't listed along with the others in PulseView.

I've spent a lot of time trying variations of folder names, searching
online, program and computer restarts. I'm at a loss and would
appreciate some troubleshooting steps and guidance. I'm probably
missing something very basic, but what? Is there a way to tell if the
decoder isn't being loaded due to an error I've made? I've checked
the log (Settings --> logging) and it doesn't look like anything
related to PD loading is output there.
