I have a generic clone of the Saleae 8 channel 24MHz logic analyzer. I can use it under Linux with no issues, finds the fx2lafw driver and works. On windows 10, when you open pulseview, it brings up a small scanning window, then it closes. and the software never opens. If I go to the Program files x86 directory under sigrok and pulseview and manually start it from a cmd window with -c -D, it comes up with no device. If I select connect to device, it defaults to asix-sigma. if I select the fx2lafw, and tell it to scan with that driver, it finds it and I can use it fine. Other than making a shortcut with the -c -D added to it and manually selecting the firmware, scanning and connecting, is there a way to make it scan and connect without the hassle? Thanks
