In fact, I haven't seen/found any other implementations of DCC here yet.
sigrok is a great project that lives from collaboration.
littleyoda has realized a first DCC decoder in 2013, but never registered the 
decoder in the sigrok project
(https://github.com/littleyoda/sigrok-DCC-Protocoll).

I have continued to develop the decoder over the last few years and have 
received feedback on it.
Currently there are several repositories for the decoder. The original from 
littleyoda and a few from me (beginner in git).
(https://github.com/su68es/sigrok-DCC-Protocoll).

A central repository would be desirable and here I see the one from sigrok.
The DCC protocol description is freely available and linked in the decoderfiles 
(__init__.py)
(http://www.vhdm.de
https://www.nmra.org).

There are also various sample data in my repository.
Let's see if there is any further feedback.
