This is a friendly reminder that the deadlines for registration and hotel room reservations for the 2010 Project Directors' Conference are fast approaching! The conference will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. Monday, July 19 - Wednesday, July 21, 2010. If you have not yet registered for the conference, please do so now. You may visit the Registration page https://www.osep-meeting.org/registration.aspx to register for the conference. Registration cut-off is Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. EST. After this date, only on-site registrations will be accepted with an additional fee of $50 per attendee. Note: All presenters for scheduled breakout sessions and poster sessions must register for the conference. Hotel rooms at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel are filling up fast. Please visit the Lodging page of the Web site to book your hotel room. Please note that you must make your reservations no later than Tuesday, July 6, 2010 to obtain the special conference rate. We would like to remind all participants that the conference is making efforts to go green this year, and we encourage participants to bring laptops to access the materials that will be included on conference jump drives (see Handouts section for more details).
