I suppose we are talking about Sikuli X-1.0rc2 --2. when running your scripts outside the IDE, I guess you are not using the Sikuli methods (Eclipse/pydev e.g. uses a seperately installed Jython) so at least for running the scripts from commandline: use the Sikuli supported run methods: http://sikuli.org/docx/faq/010-command-line.html
