Hi, I'm a Sikuli beginner and am having trouble getting "Goodbye Trash" to work
properly on OSX 10.6.7 using Sikuli X 1.0rc2. Either there's a bug or I'm doing
something obviously wrong, or it's expected behavior but I don't understand how
it works. I create the script as per the tutorial instructions; when I run the
script with both the "Trash contents window" and "erase confirmation dialog"
windows open (and all 3 of "trash can image" in Finder, "Empty" in Trash
contents window and "Empty Trash" in deletion confirmation dialog visible, it
works as expected.
When I run the script with neither the Trash contents window nor the delete
trash confirmation dialog window open, it gets as far as opening the Trash
contents window and invariably stops with an error, with a message like:
...FindFailed: can not find 1301084081333.png...
Sometimes when I run the script with the Trash contents window open but not the
trash deletion confirmation dialog window open it's able to complete running
the script by opening the latter and clicking on "Empty Trash", but at other
times it still errors out with an error similar to the one above. If both
windows are initially closed and the trash happens to be empty, it doesn't even
complete the first step (open the Trash contents window).
I'm not sure if this behavior is expected or not since I understand very few of
the details of how Sikuli works yet, but it's pretty confusing. Thanks for any
