RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Sikuli cannot run on the real iPhone. You can only access its screen
output and click/key actions in the simulator window of Xcode or any
other software capable of driving an iPhone with some realtime screen on
a Windows/Mac/Linux machine running Sikuli scripts.
