Beth Griffin confirmed that the question is solved:
So, with "C:\Users\bgriffin\Desktop\sikuli-script.jar\Lib" and
"C:\Users\bgriffin\Desktop\sikuli-script.jar" for Python and Java path
additions, it worked. Okay, so the issue is the spaces in the file
paths.
